Section 1
NAME
The name of the Association shall be, The St. Lucia Nurses Association, here in after referred to as “SLNA”. |
Section 2
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee shall also be referred to as the Executive/Board of Directors here in.
Section 3
HEADQUARTERS
The Headquarters of SLNA shall be built at a place as decided by the Executive/Board of Directors and general membership. The St. Lucia Nurses Association headquarters shall serve as the clearing house for informationfrom SLNA.
Presently SLNA’s office is housed in the former Nurses Home building at Victoria Hospital on the 2nd floor, with very limited space.
