The convention of SLNA shall take place in October of every year.

Notice of Biennial Convention shall be given at least one (1) month prior to the convention.

Biennial reports of the Executive Committee/Board of Directors shall be presented at the convention.

Audited report of the finance of SLNA and report of the Treasurer shall be presented at the convention.

Strategic plan of SLNA shall be presented for approval of the membership at the convention.
